【独自】天満・カラオケパブのオーナー殺害事件で被告が初めて犯行認め遺族に対し謝罪 遺族「２年かかったが大きな一歩」
おととし６月、大阪市内のカラオケパブで、オーナーの女性が殺害された事件で、被告の男が遺族と面会し、初めて殺害を認め謝罪しました。
起訴状などによりますと、無職の宮本浩志被告（５８）はおととし６月、大阪市北区のカラオケパブで、オーナーの稲田真優子さん（当時２５歳）を殺害した罪に問われています。去年１０月の一審の大阪地裁で懲役２０年の判決が言い渡された後、弁護側が「被告の犯行ではない」と控訴し、大阪高裁で裁判が続いています。宮本被告はこれまでの捜査段階での調べや裁判の中で認否を明らかにしていませんでしたが、６日、大阪拘置所で稲田さんの遺族との面会に応じ、犯行を認め、謝罪したということです。面会した遺族は「２年かかったが大きな一歩だと思っている」と話しています。控訴審の判決は１０日に言い渡される予定です。
